ILLBEOKAY provides access to supportive quotes, stories, and categories for life situations users may be going through. This policy applies only to your use of ILLBEOKAY on supported mobile platforms. It covers app usage, content browsing, support requests, advertising, analytics, and any features that help us operate and improve the App.

2. Important Wellbeing Notice

ILLBEOKAY provides inspirational and supportive content only. The App does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition. If you are in danger, thinking about self-harm, or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 App Usage Data

We may collect non-sensitive app activity such as content categories viewed, quote or story interactions, session duration, feature usage, favourites or saved items if the App supports them, and general navigation patterns. This helps us improve content organization and app experience.

3.2 Device and Technical Information

We may collect technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and network status.

3.3 Advertising Identifiers

If the App displays ads, our advertising partners may process your device advertising identifier to show contextual or personalised ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud, depending on your consent and device settings.

3.4 Information You Provide

If you contact us for support, send feedback, or request privacy assistance, you may provide your name, email address, message content, and related support details. Please avoid sending highly sensitive health, mental health, or crisis information through support channels.

4. How We Use Information

6. Advertising Choices

If ILLBEOKAY displays ads, you may limit personalised advertising through your device settings. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Opting out of personalised ads does not remove ads; it changes how ads are selected.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the App, comply with law, prevent abuse, analyze performance, or display ads. We may also share aggregated or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify you.

8. Data Retention

  • Analytics and usage data may be retained for up to 24 months.
  • Crash and diagnostic logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
  • Support emails may be retained for up to 12 months after resolution.
  • Advertising identifiers are handled according to advertising provider retention rules and your device settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

ILLBEOKAY is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
