This Privacy Policy explains how Zelicore Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Abaleya ("the App"). Abaleya connects vehicle drivers with passengers moving in the same direction to share travel costs and make commuting eco-friendly.
Active Location Services: To enable driver matching, navigation support, and correct calculation of ride parameters, Abaleya processes your location coordinates. This tracking only occurs during active trip matching or when you are actively navigating in a carpool.
Background Location: Drivers may choose to allow background location collection during an active trip so passengers can view real-time vehicle arrivals.
We collect profile information such as your phone number, name, profile image, and vehicle details (for drivers). This information is visible to matched co-travelers to coordinate pick-ups.
Location streams are sent over secure SSL sockets and are deleted from active cache systems after ride completion. Personal profile details are stored in encrypted cloud systems.
